Orders accepted by our store follow the delivery terms below.

Before dispatch

Confirmed purchases are ordinarily packed within approximately 1–2 business days. Please enter a complete address together with a reachable email and phone number; corrections cannot be assured after fulfillment begins. Free delivery applies only if checkout offers it.

Transit and tracking

Carrier transit is usually estimated at 2–4 business days. This window is an estimate rather than a promise and may change because of destination limits, service disruptions, weather, or seasonal volume. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available.

When delivery goes wrong

If a package is late, lost, shown as delivered but missing, damaged, or restricted, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, address, and supporting images. Delivery availability and item restrictions are determined before the order is submitted.
